Team coaching - Multi indication development programme

The challenge was to shape a strategy for a compound with 3 potential indications across different therapeutic areas and different views among senior management. We led a workshop to ground the team in a common strategic framework, and coached them to think through the vision for the compound and the prioritisation of the indications. We then helped the team develop a story for presentation to management.

Team coaching - Neuroscience compound

The team needed to build a convincing case for a compound the organisation did not really believe in. We led a workshop to review the current strategy, leverage simple analysis tools to derive clear implications that helped adjust the strategy and align the team behind it and prepare for management review.
